Re the establishment of camps for migratory laborers, mainly in the Marysville area. Include letters and memoranda from Harry Drobish, Paul S. Taylor, Walter Packard and others. Also included: some material re Japanese and Mexican laborers in the Imperial Valley in 1934. Blueprint drawings for some of the camps in portfolio.
